MARINETTE  - Francis Rutz has joined the architectural staff of U.P. Engineers & Architects, Inc.

Rutz has 42 years of experience and has worked for design firms in Michigan and Wisconsin since 1971. He is a licensed Architect in Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Indiana.

Rutz has expertise in all aspects of architecture including commercial, institutional, industrial and residential design. His responsibilities include design and project management from the initial proposal through construction closeout. This work includes programming, architectural design, construction phase services, and coordinating the project design team to meet client needs and budgets.

Rutz lives in Menominee with his wife Joann.

In addition to UPEA’s Marinette office, the company has offices in Houghton, Iron Mountain, Ishpeming, and Sault Ste. Marie.
